If you are or were recently pregnant and are eligible to receive or have received medicines, such as Emgality (galcanezumab-gnlm) or Reyvow, during pregnancy or near conception, please enroll in this registry, even if you are not taking these medicines. The information collected in this registry will help to better understand the benefits and risks of treatment during pregnancy.
Whether you enroll in this registry or not is entirely your choice.

FAQs
Once you have provided consent, the registry will contact your Healthcare Provider.
You do not have to do anything else other than let us know if you change Healthcare Providers.
Your Healthcare Provider will provide the registry with information about your pregnancy and your baby’s first year.
When you enroll/register:
- Information about you such as your age and race
- Important medical information including all pregnancies
- Your own and your partner’s family medical history, and medicines you have taken
During pregnancy follow-ups:
- Updates to pregnancy information
- Medicines you take during pregnancy
After pregnancy:
- Information about your baby’s birth, including birthweight and health
- Infant growth and development through the first year of life
Information that you provide will be combined with information given by other participants. Together, this information will improve understanding about the patients using Lilly medicines during pregnancy and their experiences. The safety of medications will be studied by evaluating the reported pregnancy and infant outcomes.
The information you provide will be entered into a database using a unique registry identification number to protect your privacy.

- Provide your Healthcare Provider(s)’ contact information. The registry will reach out to your Healthcare Provider(s) to confirm that you have enrolled.
- Sign release forms to allow your Healthcare Provider(s) to provide ongoing information about your pregnancy and its outcome.
You can also enroll through your Healthcare Provider who will be able to assist you in the process.
- No medicines of any kind will be provided to you by this registry.
- We will never ask you to change anything about your current medical care.

Pregnancy Registry Overview
This pregnancy registry enrolls pregnant or previously pregnant people who are eligible to receive or have received medicines, such as Emgality or Reyvow, during pregnancy or near conception, whether they are or were exposed or unexposed to medications during pregnancy.
This registry will assess maternal, fetal, and infant outcomes. Results from the registry will be shared with regulatory bodies (e.g. FDA) and may be added to product labeling to provide Healthcare Providers additional prescribing information. To get more Healthcare Provider-related information about Lilly medications, select from available medications shown in the buttons above.
The learnings from this registry may help patients and Healthcare Providers weigh the risks and benefits of being treated with medications around the time of conception and during pregnancy.
Registry enrollment is voluntary. No medication will be given and participation in the registry will not influence or interfere with the treatment plan recommended by you or other Healthcare Providers.

Step 1: Discuss the registry with potentially eligible patients and invite them to enroll.
Step 2: Complete registration.
Participation after enrollment
- Healthcare Provider follow-up information is requested at the end of each trimester and the end of the pregnancy.
- Pediatric Healthcare Provider follow-up information is requested at birth, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months of age.
